THE VISIT

There was a movie made years ago called, “The Visit”.  Kind of scary, but I liked it.  It was about two kids going to visit their grandparents.  Well…..we had two of our kids from California come and visit us this week.  We were very surprised to see Denae and Landon…..they called us on the phone on a Tuesday last week and said, “could you guys pick us up at the Ghana airport at 6:00am this Saturday?”

We said , “of course.”  And we have had a great time the last four days…..

My Blog will continue next week with lots of pictures of their “visit”.  We were busy and I did not have time to write in my Blog. I do know, however, that we are looking forward to “Holy Week”, as we celebrate the last week of our Savior’s life here on Earth during this Easter season.

Early tomorrow morning we will say goodbye to Denae and Landon until we see them in June. We loved having them here and I know the rest of our kids would like to have been here with us. I love my family and I love my kids more than I can express. Families are forever.....and I believe we can be together in the eternities. I love that doctrine of our church and I want to work towards that goal more than anything I do.
